Cut 4 (18") pieces of heavy-duty foil. Spray foil with nonstick vegetable spray.

Place 1 pork chop on each piece of foil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste

Place an equal portion of sliced apples on each pork chop.

Place an equal portion of sweet potatoes on top of each pork chop.

In a small bowl, combine the orange marmalade and honey mustard. Mix well and spoon an equal portion over each pork chop.

Wrap foil in a tent pack and cook over medium coals for 15-20 minutes until pork reaches 145 degrees.

Notes

substitute cubed white or red potatoes for the sweet potatoes.
